Sadistic Pic

This is why I needed a tummy tuck. This picture was at Christmas time 2009... I had been in onderland for a good month. And after ALL that work... my pooch was HORRIBLE. It's sad to lose so much weight (over 100lbs in this picture), and STILL look not so hot. I know plastic surgery is not for everyone, but despite all the pain, I am more happy than words can express that my excess tummy skin is gone. It's seriously like a fantasy come true. Cliche but more than true.

  1. Hi Band-babe,
Thanks so much for popping over to my blog and the encouraging words.
Congratulations on your new little grandson, and also your weight loss.
    You are an inspiration.

  5. Uggh - I know I'm going to be the same way. I truly believe I could wear a 12 if stomach would catch up with my legs, it just doesn't get smaller.
    How's Aiden doing??

  7. Glad to hear you think it was worth it. I'm catching up on blogs now and had previously read your others where you talked about the pain so I wasn't sure! I'm not even an "after" yet but having lost a lot of weight before and even as I am now, I know what you mean about the tummy thing. Spanx are my friend.

  8. I'm just at the beginning of my journey and now I know that if I do need plastic surgery down the road, it won't be the end of the world. Thanks again for sharing your experience. You look awesome!
